  That manager Jessica was incredibly rude. I visited this store, and while I was waiting for my food, she was belittling her staff, cursing in front of my kids, and was incredibly disrespectful to the workers on the deli. I took my kids back to the car, because I didn't want their innocent ears to be exposed to that barbaric banter. It's just not necessary, and is not how a leader should act. Her tattoos obviously show her lack of discipline and character, so I immediately could tell she was a bad apple. This is the first time I've seen her, and I've been visiting the store for many years. The food itself is great, and the kitchen area is very clean. I don't know if I'll go back, because I don't want my children to see that sort of role model in that position of leadership. Oh, and the Krispy Kreme just arrived, and ITS THE BEST FRESH.
